  1. How does a political representative justify within themselves not
representing the majority of their constituents? Instead we get rhetoric
and heel-dragging from them, when they were elected to represent their
constituents. Do they actually believe they are saving us from ourselves?
Thats insane, and I don’t want that kind of representation. I would rather
have representation that actually did what the majority told them was best.
The majority wants marijuana legalized. Now what’s the hold up for the
elected officials, did they forget how to do what we elected them to do,
and represent the majority’s beliefs and desires?!? 57%+ are in favor of
legalization, why aren’t they doing as the majority has informed them to
do? Instead they act like the typical politician, and reply with rhetoric
and delay. This really shows the flaws in our current political system, and
the lawmakers should address this directly. They should at least be
truthful and say we no longer live in a democracy. That would be more
truthful than the way they are handling this issue´╗┐

  2. of course tobacco isnt a criminal offense because the government can milk
money from it. this is so ironic

  3. I would have to disagree people are going to prison for Marijuana. My Cuz
from KY was up in IN. for a job and was pulled over and had a roach in his
ashtray, guess what he spent some time in PRISON. so yes people do not just
go to jail for marijuana but can go to prison. Look at the laws Indiana has
the worse laws on this then any state in the US look it up.

  4. There you go, with the knowledge you just figured out, should we try to
awaken the zombies? Try to somehow get them to give a shit about ANYTHING
like maybe the 1 million innocent pot heads sitting in jail? Although
everyone has sat around so long, the unconstitutional laws passed are off
the charts, police misconduct is now an epidemic, banks run the govt, we
assume the millions our govt slaughter w/ US troops are for our benefit, we
let TSA molest our children & wives, maybe we should awaken?

  8. Because its CHEAP LABOR!! You get these people to serve their sentence
while repairing roads, roofs of public schools etc., at what $2.00 a day?
Prison is a corporation. It is cheap slave labor. And the prisoners won’t
say anything because they just want to do their time and get out. The Corp.
Gov’t prefers THESE types of prisoners. Its a racket! Can you imagine the
gov’t and rich profitting off of you while they have you imprisoned??? Its
    a DISGRACE.

  11. Uhh religion is no longer the reason why we haven’t been to mars. Sure
blame the dark ages but it’s our government and/or society. We went to the
moon because russia was going out into space and shit, and we wanted to
compete. Then the war ended and we didn’t care about the space race
anymore. Now all of a sudden we want to go to mars. Money and technology
are factors in this, religion isn’t. Religion slowed us down but it’s not
anymore, where are the christians protesting mars exploration?

  15. More states will begin to legalize it. It is time for change and the war on
drugs has failed for decades. Drug addiction should not be treated as a
criminal offense but as a mental health issue. Putting people in prison for
drug use only creates more crime and costs tax payers and state governments
    more money.

  20. Wachovia a subsidary acting on behalf of Wells Fargo laundered 378.4
Billion in 2011 w/ the Mexican Drug Cartel: caught with the planes,
transactions and some drugs but not most of the drugs, they were already
distributed across the USA and NOT ONE SINGLE PERSON WENT TO JAIL but they
did have to pay 160 million in fines, less than .003% Martin Woods the guy
who exposed the TYRANNY got fired How can mainstream media not cover this
story unless they are directly involved?

  25. UNITE AND STOP THIS TYRANNY. WHAT WE CHOOSE TO PUT OR NOT PUT IN OUR BODIES
IS “”NOT”” UP TO THE TYRANNICAL GOVERNMENT. IF I WANT TO WEAR A RED SHIRT,
AND THEY MAKE A LAW THAT RED SHIRTS ARE ILLEGAL? DO I HAVE TO OBEY AND BE A
GOOD LITTLE SLAVE OR DO I HAVE THE FREEDOM TO DO WHAT I WANT, THAT NEVER
EFFECTS, HARMS OR INFLUENCES ANYONE ELSE? Are 21 oz. soft drinks going to
be banned nationwide like NY because we lost our FREEWILL to make our own
decisions? WHO DO THESE TYRANTS THINK THEY ARE?
