Medical marijuana – collectives Deputy district attorne…

  1. OK DOUCHE BAG, so youre saying that people who NEED medical marijuana HAVE
TO WORK ON A FUCKING FARM TO GET IT? wow are you severely fucking retarded,
a lot of conditions that medical marijuana is used for are sever
DISABILITIES, meaning they cant farm, they cant grow, not to mention the
lower class, who do not have the land or resources to just MAKE their
medication, how bout you go MAKE your own FLU SHOT, or MAKE your own
VICODIN, what a fucking looser, get a life…

  2. So is Chris Lindberg saying that 100s of us can put in money, rent some
greenhouses and work together to grow our meds outdoors, AND NOT GET RAIDED
BY THE SAN DIEGO DA? Can we hold him to that? What about the sick lady I
met who was going on chemotherapy next week and did not know where to turn.
Should I tell her to pull some plants out of her ear and start growing. Of
course patients who collectively associate are exempt from prosecution.
They know this is state law! What a snow job!

  3. Why are you wasting tax money on medical pot? Are the real crimes taking
place in San Diego to much for you? You needed to do some light work?
Funny, no guidelines exist in San Diego County. Is the DA’s office asking
for them? No, they aren’t. They only enforce the laws that they want to in
San Diego. Forget the state law and what a majority of voters have asked

  4. The police knew that these providers were following the interpretation of
state law that ALL of California follows, that it is legal and acceptable
for patients to help each other out and get reimbursed for it. ALL PATIENTS
defendants in court!! Call the DA and complain! Call them every day. Their
phone number is on the internet.

  5. So what does that mean in San Diego? There is no model that the DA
sanctions. The ADA should educate himself on the law. San Diego is known
throughout the state as the least educated on the law. This DA is the wolf
in sheep’s clothing. Funny he would even think to say that.

  6. Bull. A buyer/seller relationship is collective. What a joker. Within the
law? You mean within your personal interpretation of the law, Mr. Deputy
DA? Why are you focusing on the least harmful illicit substance known to
man? Wasting tax money on medical pot?
